According to the ATF, over 90% of guns used in crimes in NYC came from out of state. To help change that, we decided to appeal to a powerful, influential group of New Yorkers who are often targeted by these illegal guns – NYPD officers.

"10-00" is the police code for "Officer Down." So we created the Mission to End 10-00.

In the 2012 election, neither candidate would say where they stood on gun control. This ad was part of the drive to call them out for their failure to stand up to the NRA and lead.
